Fake Google steal password?

When i was watching News today at noon, ABC News (channel 7 in my area) was talking about some google that have those javascript plugin required you to download it. It doesn't say is it www.google.com or was it make some misspell word like www.goolge.com but it say if you do download the plugin, is basicly installing keylogger. I couldn't find the story on 7online.com or from google search about it. And i'm not sure is it stealing MMO id and password or just in general nor it said is from china.

But if you do get those pop up (assume IE7) said need to download plugin. i suggest you don't download it

This isn't really a new thing... I remember I could never remember if it was allakahzam or allakhazam, and the wrong one led me to a gilselling site. Now, I just google "alla" and find it.
