Farce of the penguins

Personally... That looks really stupid.

However all the other movies you listed look awesome. Except Halo. Didn't you hear that the movie was shitcanned? Yeah. Jackson still wants to put it out, but the company screwed him over. Bungie and Pete are sitting on an almost complete film right now, crying their eyes out. I guess no one liked King Kong...
 
That does look pretty bad. And so does TMNT.

Though to add to the list of movies: Spider man 3 and Harry potter :P
 
Nope, didn't hear about Halo. Probably for the better I guess. Most game to movies suck.
 
You forgot to mention Ghost Rider... How the fuck can you like TMNT, Transformers, and lolHalo, but not mention Ghost Rider D: As per the penguin movie, I can't believe Bob Saget is finally doing somethign adult. It's a step up in the world from Full House and Americas Funniest Home Videos. Halo on movie... wasn't story mode bad enough? Dear Bungie, Your FPS (non RPG FPS) stories suck, like most non RPG FPS games. We just like multiplayer and if we don't have access to constant multiplayer games, we play you because we like to shoot things. For the record though, everything Halo fails, in my opinion.

I knew I'd forget at least one. Still, Nicholas Cage as Ghost Rider is iffy in my book.

As for Halo well, just a difference in taste. I'd still see the movie baised on how I'd see any other, if it looks good.
 
The penguin movie looked really stupid...and i really like halo, but im sure that movie will suck as well. All the other movies you/others listed look great though, im lookin forward to them ^^
 
saget has done more adult appearances than this, Half baked, Dumb and dumberer, hell even had his own rap video lol.

As for halo story not being good, the story is amazing and in depth from fall or reach to the pillar of autumn, the game story was good, but the books made it that much more awesome to connect with what was going on. And it would make a great movie, as of now they havent even filmed halo yet because of the funding problems, bungie said they were about to go into production when that happened, companies just dont wanna trust that much money to an amateur director, IM sure if jackson was directing it wouldnt have been a problem but oh well, it will come out one day im sure.

Ghost rider looks Extremly iffy, it just looked really cheap to me.

the penguins movie does looks really dumb, only part i laughed at was dane cook, not something i would pay to see

Meh, 2nd one wasn't that funny. I think the first one sucked that well dry.

But then again, I don't know shit about movies lol. Maybe I watch too much stand-up to be attracted to Farce of the penguins.
 
Lewis Black, Carlos Mencia, Gilbert Gottfried in the same movie? I'm sold.
 
I give that movie 2 weeks tops in the theater. If they did 3D composites to make the mouths move then it would be a little better than it is now. It's like watching AFV with Bob saget making all these corny voices, except it has celebreties doing it Bob Saget style. which fails.

I read the character line up for Transformers in the latest Wizard magazine. I don't see why they put scorponox in there, but oh well. We'll get the original voice actor for Octomus prime, and a silent BumbleBee who no longer transforms into a VW Beetle. The the fact Jazz will be a Pontiac Solstis instead of a Porsche, kinda shows how Hollywood does infact destroy anything that does not originate from them, and makes it into an advertizing frenzy. None the less i'm hoping Transformers will not dissapoint. I like it cause it is one of those movies we always wanted to see made.

Special effects in Ghost rider looks like shit. It is good work if it were pure CG, but it's not rendered well enough. It might be an ok movie. Could end up like the Hulk.

TMNT looks well animated (Better than the half assed prouduction shit you see on TV) I'm all for it, and i think it's gonna be very entertaining. I remember way back before NInja turtles was popular, they had really voilent comic books before they softened it up for television. I doubt they will bring back the gore in TMNT this time. Still i think the movie will be better than we think it will be.

Spiderman 3. Sick of the trailors. The 1st Spiderman movie is the one that blew us away. So they'll have to out do themselves in order to make this edition impress us. We have Transformers and other things we loved when we were children coming out this year.

Halo movie, i've heard about. I wish for it to turn out well whenever they start shooting it. I would infact feel more confidence in it if Peter Jackson directed it. Everything he does is off the chain, and he only works with Weta Digital. A digital effects company that makes sure everything they do looks freakin real. If it turns out bad, it will end up like the Doom movie. 1 week in the theater.

Weta Digital is working on that. Compared to their work in Lord of the Rings and King kong. I'd hate to see this as the final visual output, and it would put a gap in Weta's string of awsome CG.

Still there is a year to go so i'm sure they are taking the time to make it better.
Even if Neon Genesis is no good. It's still a must see for some of us.
