I was talking with a good friend the other day, and he is thinking about quitting. Now I am trying everything I can to get him to not quit (I've lost alot of good friends lately) and he said he just doesn't know what keeps him in this game anymore. So I was making him tell me everything he liked about the game now or ever. And I asked him what his favortie little thing about the game was. He couldn't come up with one, so I helped him by telling him mine. And before I knew it I was asking everybody I knew, that was on, what their favorite little thing about the game is. And now I'm curious as to what people on QCDN that I might not neccisarily know in game will say.

My favorite little thing about this game is clanky armor. I don't know why but nothing makes me smile the same way running around and hearing the clank clank clank of my armor does. It's something completely insignificant to the way the game itself plays, and it's just alot of fun.

So what are your favorite little things in the game? Stuff that you've noticed or seen that make you want to see them again.

nothing at all, this game is boring. why do i play? it kills time! for those at night right before bed when there's nothing else going on, or right when you wake up and wait on breakfast.

if someone wants to quit, let them. That's the reason why majority of ppl play miserably, because they don't want to leave their online friends.

I ask that a lot, Why haven't you quit yet fool? same response from them all, "i don't want to leave my friends"

Good players.
 
There's a certain thrill from pulling off a huge kill (I.E vrtra) or killing something solo (I'm looking at you, Genbu) that became addictive to me at a certain point. I also want to be the best at something in game (#1 Ninja, for instance, or #1 Blm), which is such a big and consuming goal that I rarely get bored when I play, because there's always something to do to realize one of those two goals.
 
its good to have your own set of goals
 
I love the higher level weapon skills. All those long boring hours of soloing coffer mobs as rdm got really dull, but seeing myself leap into the air and land sword first into the mobs face never fails to entertain me. I just look so damned cool.

the achiving highest lvl in game, getting rare gear that others don't have, Killing large nms that take lots of people then claim it title. storyline of missions and quest. Heck even lvling is fun.

yea, i'd have to say levelin with good players keeps me on. but every now and than i get those players around my level (69) that play like they just bought the account and wanna use every damn spell in there book and blame us warriors/paladins/ninjas for not gettin the hate off them.... but other than that, i'd say seein my axes on my side or my big axe on my back makes me wanna stay... lol
