Featuring Bahamut! (by pixelpink of ffxidats)

http://www.ffxidats.com/page.php?id=2809

The modding scene has really been hitting some pretty spectacular highs lately. Check em out if you havent!

Edit: All that windower looking stuff on the screen isnt from my screen, its from someone elses screen. yep. and thats not even my account anyway.

[Tyrath]

I wish they'd used a different bahamut ><

But it looks pretty cool still

[Linhjah]

I thought this was going to be about board moderators. I was going to vote for Morwen. derp!

[Nicolette]

when morwn floats around in HQ with sectioned moving wings then maybe.. =p

[Ruffyreborn]

It would be nice if they just take the actual bahamut (instead of a Bahamolos) and update the skin to make an avatar instead of mixing it, but I see where that would be a problem

[Ecks]

Yeah I thought that was a really interesting Diabolos. I use .dats on my avatars too.
Took some shots, Featuring Mancat..er, I mean Zaltana.

One of the best looking Garuda's I've seen.

FF8 Style Diabolos, my personal Favorite one.

[Arctyrael]

Those are all damn wicked.

[Ruffyreborn]

Those are nice, Ecks, but I dont like Titan, lol... He looks like a mossy boulder, or like someone pulled a rock from the bog of eternal stench.

Edit: after looking a second time, I see that it IS moss, lol

[Linhjah]

I like them, too. But I like Titan because he looks like a rock from the bog of eternal stench.

I've been watching this since it was announced:

It's not quite finished yet, but there's a beta version of it on ffxidats.

lol that is awesome. I remember I was making power rangers suits for each race, but I suck at modding dats so they were just plain colors instead of intricate designs and textures.

Hume M = red ranger
Hume F = pink ranger
elvaan M = black ranger
mithra = yellow ranger
Taru = blue ranger

suits were visible when naked, and I didnt add green or white ranger

[Nicolette]

Pretty sure the titan and the garuda above are from the same artist.

Shes got a pretty wicked shiva too, and my fav blm outfit...for non-tarutaru

[K. Ishitar]

i like carbuncle and fenrir a lot...the rest are a bit much

[Nicolette]

Since I seem to be advocating downloading pixelpink mods, thought id throw up a couple other favorites.
- like her elemental spirit substitutions with some amazing "glow" edits.

O.M.G.

Must have the Taru verions!!!

[Yurirem]

Usually not big on .dats but these are rather badass. Especially "Iron Mithra."

[Ecks]

Yeah, I saw the Iron Mithra on FFXIdats the other day. Pretty cool project.

And I love those elemental spirit pixies. That's freaking awesome. If I had bothered to lvl Smn I would totally put those in.

I love these spirit ones. I haven't downloaded them yet but I was watching them as they progressed. Very nice.

[Sanoske]

Wow, I'm usually not huge on the .dats, but those pixies impressed me a lot. They look incredible.

And of course Iron Mithra kicks ass.

[Myrrh]

Those Spirit ones rock. I need to find those and DL them. And lol at the Iron Mithra.
