I'm a girl and I LOVE THIS SCENE!!! Selma Hayek rocks.

Pirates of the Carribean - When Sparrow and Elizabeth are stranded on the island and she burns all the rum.

A Knights Tale - Any of Chaucer's speeches, or when Will has to "prove" his love. Basically anything from this movie.

Pretty Woman - When Richard Gere "rescues" her.

There are more, my mind is just being silly today.
 
That bit of Clerks where Dante and Veronica fight about how many dicks she sucked before they got together, and, as she is leaving in a huff, he sticks his head out the door and yells "Try not to suck any dick on your way to the car!" The guy standing next to the door promptly starts following Veronica.

Also, that bit in The Boondock Saints Where Rocco's girlfriend asks where her cat is, to which Rocco replies that he killed it and starts yelling about what a druggie she is and how he'll blow his own head off if she can ever remember the wretched thing's name. His girlfriend's friend tells him to stop talking to her like that and he explodes: "Shut up! I can't go buy a pack of cigarettes without running into nine guys you've fucked!"
 
Way of the Gun - in the very beginning of the movie when the two main characters get into the brawl outside the bar, and instead of punching out the guy one of them slugs the trash talking girl friend and end up getting their asses kicked.

Wonko beat me to Clerks.

Aliens - Hudson's "What the fuck are we gonna do now man!?" rant

Snatch - The bookie robery fiasco

Fight Club - Tyler's various jobs . . . "Don't watch me, I can't go when you're watching"

The way in which that cat died was so funny. I remember watching that with some buddies in slow motion and laughing our asses off.

I have. The scene where the girl takes off her hair, her booty, and culminates with her leg. Freaky.
 
The sccene in LONG KISS GOODNIGHT where Geena Davis and her daughter are being locked in a freezer...and she looks up and says "You're gonna die screaming"

My fav. CLERKS scene is the "and I don't appreciate your rues" "My rues?" "Your cunning attempt to trick me..."

Randall is THE MAN (did you know that he is - or was - married to the actress who played Kaitlin?)...oh - also the Beserker scene rocks :)
 
Best of all time:
The scene in Godfather when Marlon Brando is playing with his grandson in the cornfield and has a heartattack. So beautiful.
