Detail: This is an FAA radar track sequence of FedEx planes avoiding a storm as they approach the Memphis airport. Pretty cool to watch, looks kinda like an ant farm. Also I had no idea there were this many FedEx planes, anyone know how many flights the have a day?

i say is pretty cool :D

That's a pretty cool vid.

If I remember correctly FedEX works by shipping EVERYTHING to Memphis in the morning, then EVERYTHING back out in the evening after it's sorted. So, for example, you FedEX a package from lets say, your house to the house down the road (skipping the "just walk down the road and drop it off), it'll get flown all the way to Memphis, sorted, flown back and delivered. Which is why there are so many FedEX planes. (sorry, couldn't find out how many they have in the brief search I did)
