Festive Moogle sighted outside Mog House, Port Bastok

It wasn't there the other day, I swear. I was wondering what its purpose was? The moogle just tells me that when it comes to celebrating festivities, I'm your moogle, kupo! Seems to have happened after they've updated the game. Or does it appear randomly? I'm sure at times I've saw them outside Port San d'oria Mog House from time to time. (?)

OT: Yes, I've seen that happen in lower jeuno alot, he'd be sittin up a little ways past the AH between it and the MH zone. I think there were only like 3 or 4 options tho, like he was a nomad moogle.

Lol no the Festive Moogle is always there has been for the longest time when theres an event going on. The moogle glitch in jeuno is a once in a rare ocasion thing and totally different from what this is.

yeah there's also a glitch after you exit your mog house it appears at the jeuno AH if your in jeuno, I was like oh shit when I could take out items, but he soon after disappeared

The Festive Moogle isn't the same as the moogle glitch. Those Festive Moogles have been around for months already.
