FF Assist

so i finally got around to getting FF Assist and was fooling around with it. got it to work...sort of. i know it's working somewhat because when i get tells, it makes a sound to let me know. but i can't the maps to work. and yes, i downloaded the maps and put them in the map folder. i use the windower so the maps aren't supposed to show up when i activate the program, correct? so i type /echo /map on but nothing happens :x any help on this would be greatly appreciated. thanks

There's nothing wrong with asking here. There are plenty of people on these forums that use ffassist, and it is, of course, related to FFXI. That's like telling someone to go to the white mage forums on allakhazam because they have a question about a white mage spell. Also, ffassist has nothing to do with windower, there just happen to be people that post threads like these on those forums. What's the difference?

have you tried specifying a size for the map?
/echo /map 2
Might fix it, I dunno.
