I started playing the Final Fantasy 1 & 2 remakes on the GBA last night, and I'm liking it so far. It plays very old-school SNES RPG, which is great because those were some of my favorites of the series. I didn't play the remakes when they hit the PS1, so it's all new to me.

If you have a GBA and want some portable Final Fantasy action, this cartridge is certainly worth a look.

Yeah, I got in like lastweek, pretty cool. I still got my NES Cartridge, I love FF!
I also got Kingdom Hearts: Chains of Memory, I dont really like the card battle thing, it's kind of annoying me with all this card crap lately! Although, I'll give the game a chance.

I disagree. Dawn of Souls is NOT a good way to experience FF1 or FF2. They are permanently stuck on SUPER EASY MODE, especially FF1. It's a joke to compare it to the difficulty of the original. If you must play these games on a portable console, get the WonderSwan versions. Otherwise, get the PSX releases, where you can play them on normal difficulty.

Yep

I Must say I agree, after I got it I FLEW through to the Volcano in the 1st day, and had my Levi stone also. Not to sure, but I would have loved to see it redone without the errors and bugs from the NES version (Ie. the autotargeting not being present). Otherwise, reminded me of the 4&5 re-release for the PS1. Good value for 30 bucks too :P
