And SE wouldn't be doing anything illegal to buy gil off IGE, and stop service to the account that sends it. SE has the right to refuse service for anyone for whatever reason.
 
The way I understand the ToS is that SE has the right to refuse service for any reason. Even if their is no reason, they can refuse service.

No, entrapment is "hey, you. Sell me some gil." The person selling has done nothing to initiate the sale, and possibly would not sell the gil had the person not asked.

"Hey you, Buy your Gil here!" and then the SE employee does so, is not entrapment.

And here I thought the only option in the games were:

MALE: WAR, MNK, DRK, PLD, BST, DRG, BLU, COR, PUP
FEMALE: WHM, BLM, RDM, THF, BRD, SAM, RNG, NIN, SMN

Never knew we had a race choice in there?!

That doesn't get you off scottfree for everything. That just means you're acknowledging that it's not yours. They're still turning a profit on terms and intellectual property that don't belong to them.

This reminds me of those mp3 sites that say it's okay to download full albums as long as you delete them within 24 hours. "Hey guys, I can make up the law too!"
 
They were also notorius for making you vote for them for half an hour to get to the roms and then not finding anything but links to another rom site where you had to start the process all over or vote again because the site forgot you existed each time you downloaded one rom.
A rom site that actually had what you were searching for or non crappy roms was a pot o.f gold to me.
 
I guess I look for different things online than other ppl do. :P But I only DLed roms in complete system packages so I never had that problem, though I'm sure rom sites have the same crap on their site too, hehe.

The funny part about WSM And Shaunessy's blatant homophobia, is that the only two male homosexuals I know that play this game play male characters. And no, Cythe's not one of them cause I'm not entirely sure he's gay.
