All of these companies are usually good with service from past purchasing experience:

Since the overseas/NA release is not out yet (November 29), you can only preorder as of now via sites like amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...800643?v=glance&n=130&n=507846&s=dvd&v=glance

Some sites where FFVII AC stuff can be bought:

Soundtrack

Movie: Normal edition (region 2)
http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/pid-1004022193/code-j/section-anime/

All FFVII AC and FFVII galore (Spoilers pictures are present if you scroll down)

Note: the movies are region 2 and will only play in region 2 or all region DVD players. Most American DVD players are region 1.

Soundtrack was released on Sept. 28th. I believe there is a old post somewhere in here that had a link to the tracker. If anything www.anime-game-osts.com has a torrent for it. Suggest getting it from there for accuracy in ID tags and if you want high quality encoded rips.

If you want to import it www.cdjapan.co.jp or www.otaku.com Both of these web pages are trustworthy since I have ordered from them numerous times in the past and have done rips for AGO.
