FFXI Comic Strip

[Neyla]

I think it was last week that Halifirien sent me a PM with a link to an FFXI comic strip he'd found via Allakhazam. It's really quite good. Other than the Preacher comics, I haven't touched comic books since I was a little kid in the 80s reading G.I. Joe, but from what I understand the artist who does the strip, Fred Perry, is pretty well known.

The first two links are to the first FFXI images I found, which are full color images of mithras. The third link is to the first episode of the strip. Probably the best FFXI comic I've seen.

Yeah, those are great comics. I particularly love the mithra's version of "Provoke" on the dune goblins... and that he's not afraid to throw a little beefcake to the gals and gay guys who read the comic.

Funny stuff. I once got naked on an airship. <_<

I remember stumbling onto that same topic on Alla, I wish I'd have remembered to post the link here, I was laughing pretty hard about the airship provoke last night at work. The artist who does all that work is brilliant, makes me wish I'd have continued to improve my artistic abilities when I still had them ^^;
