That PLD af costume rocks, sadly you can tell that only the shoulders and cloth are home-made. I, as an armor hobbyist, would actually make my own chainmail for the neck and probably work the rest out with some nice sheet metal. Those shoulders look kinda like they're just silver-painted plastic.

The people who made those definately paid a lot of attention to the details. Kudos.
