Back when your first server was 'randomly selected' For some reason it seemed most people from Pennsylvania were dumped on Quetz. I personally know 6 people and myself in my area that were assigned Quetz the 1st time they played considering I only know 7 people who played FFXI when the servers were assigned that way. That might have something to do with it <_<
