FFXI Error code 020 - Game not installed

I've changed this post to a new one. I just went to log onto today and right when I went to click "play" at the end of the POL session, the error code said it was not installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still says that. I have no idea why.

I looked around and everyone who had this issue had separate drivers but mine are all in the same space.

Anyone able to help me with this issue? I'm assuming different information is not connected due to being in different folders? I don't know.

I installed the newest POL for windows 7 off the site but still nothing.

Before you installed the game, did you download the newer POL viewer from the POL website? That might be it. If you all ready did that I don't know what to suggest other then what you are all ready doing with checking sites and checking for driver updates.
