FFXI on PS3

[Arkangel]

To make a long story short hy HDD in my PS2 crashed or somthing happened and now my PS2 no longer detects that it is there. How do I load the PS2 discs onto a PS3? I have heard that people have had issues wih this before and I just want the general information of what you guys had to do.

You can just send me a private message of how to do this also so that i may not loose it.

The is a patch in the PSN store for PS2 HDD games. That would be for FFXI. It might be under H or P in the browse by letter section. I'm not entirely sure. But you'll find it if you look.

At the same time if you have the 40 Gig model, then it's probably not going to happen.

Look under "P" for Playstation System Data. It's only a little download, like 6.8MB. And if you have the 40GB PS3, you can't play FFXI since the system lacks backwards compatibility.
