Ya know, just because Zerg means something on WoW does not mean it has to be known for the same term on FFXI, the games while both MMORPG's are quite seperate entitys really.

Kekeke zerg rush.
I still do Kirin?
I warped 3 years in to the past?!
And no, believe me on this. FFXI is using most things wrong.
Probably because a large portion of the player base are a bunch of wapanese who've never touched another MMO. I've played a large variety of MMOs dating back to early EverQuest, and everyone other game but this one, people use the term in the same manner.
I wonder what was the situation that made skaw go emo. Maybe someone rubbed it in his face that he's still doing 3 hour Kirins.
Anyhow, if anyone should be laughed at for their improper terminology it should be the WoW community. They misuse almost EVERY word. FFXI uses terminology to describe game play coined from its predecessors, both RPG, and MMO, while WoW is just full of stupid kids doing everything wrong.

A few shells who need to do Kirin every great once and a while usually ZERG it.
