We don't sell it for the going price.. sell it back at a cheaper price actually.

That system sounds good to me.

The only issue I had with relic upgraders is that they get all the other items as well. Like, I'm building your Apoc right now which should cost you XXXX points, whereas, usually you get your apoc, ebody, justice torque, ancient torque, blah blah blah, all while collecting millions in currency from the LS. That to me has always sucked

Dreams doesn't upgrade relics according to their recruitment page, they fund their runs and distribute currency proportionally to their members. Nicholette mentioned Perseverence uses a similar system which also pays for Einherjar.

I'm not saying that all relic funding linkshells are unfair. IIzerg's system is a great example, only those who have the prerequisites like great attendance will be able to upgrade.

I don't like it when one person buys all the hourglasses and keeps all single currency. They usually continue to lot against their peers for AF and 100 coins too. Aside from that, taking all the single currency is what Mdkuser was referring to, they literally walk away with millions of gil because they didn't have to pay the going rate for that currency.

You all would be just as, if not more sour than I am on this issue, if your upgrader stopped running Dynamis and left the group soon after.

all i have to say is filmore is no way affiliated with YumeGyou anymore and our rules are still being tinkered and adjusted so the way he acted was completely uncalled for.

Oh wasnt calling you out on it, just seems kinda wierd, since didnt he say peeps in his LS felt it was unfair that Aleatha was lotting all coins to upgrade her relic? Either way he's pretty much shot himself in the foot here on Quetz, doubt any self-respecting dyna LS will take him in after this shit.

They felt that way cause Filmore apparently didn't tell them the full story like we did here. Last I checked, they were on Jamesy's side.

mmmmm all this relic talk glad my is self funded so i don't owe anyone or any linkshell anything for it, feels good ^.^
 
so yea yesterday before our dynamis-bastok run he tried apologizing i guess or tried to buy out members. all i can say was it was sad and we ignored him after explaining to him why he wasn't welcome in our ls ever again

I am not suprised Filmore did this. I would say "I warned you..." but well we could say that about every asshole who makes the FB who gets into a group and rips it off. GL on your relic though Ale~ As for salvage, you can do it more than 2 times a week and with just 6 friends. Thus it takes less time than doing dynamis for 18++++ people and all their jobs.
