On topic from a completely objective perspective: probably would have to pick Basch, the guy is badass, he stood up to all those years of torture and being prisoner then immediately joins the party and starts kicking ass almost right away, that's hardcore, he's gotta have some inhuman endurance to pull that off.
From my own perspective: Fran, the ears and the voice/accent would do it for me, the height might be but a small hurdle to overcome.
