Final Fantasy?

wouldnt be shocked, theyve hinted at expanding before, and ive read that MS and SE are close to finalizing a deal as we speak, but for what is yet unknown.
Though spreading to so many systems is making me mad because i dont wanna have to own 5 systems just to play a series i love, im very disappointed in the psp/DS/mobile phone kingdom hearts, with no real announcement for the true sequel yet.
 
I'm more upset with phones cause we don't exactly have the ability to play them XD (at least, I don't.. but ah well).

I really hope they'll break more from FF to be honest. I want to see something entirely new in gameplay and story/character formula that they tend to use, yet still an RPG. *shrugs* not that their FF games aren't still appealing.
 
I hate the phone crap too. I have my DS and PSP for hand helds. Who would want to play on those small screens and crappy control?

That is exactly what I said... I am all for hand held versions of games, thats fine and dandy but put them on something that was you know meant for games and not the cell phone, I have enough issues playing tetris on my cell to say nothing about something like FF.

It's because mobile gaming is big in Japan where as it hasn't taken off in America. I am sure it's the same in Europe as well. So they hope KH or FF would boom here to make mobile entertainment rise through the world. I for one say it's a bad idea keep it in Japan.

Expanding doesn't surprise me. You wont have to own them all in order to play them I am sure it will all just be multi-platform which means it would be held back due to the Wii and 360 not having Blu-Ray capabilities meaning there would have to be multiple discs (insert picture of MGS4 on 360).

Mistwalker has everything SE needed to keep their edge. R.I.P. FF and Square.
 
Cellphone gaming is bigger in Japan because they have cell phones THAT CAN CONTROL SATELLITES AND BLOW UP THINGS!


Seriously, those phones over there are a couple years ahead of ours lol.

Probably closer to a decade, really. America is far behind everywhere else in the world because of necessity. We actually had physical phone lines going everywhere already, so we didn't need cell phones; in the other countries they didn't have phone lines so cell phones took off really fast.

I remember seeing an add about 5 years ago of someone walking up to a vending machine, punching a number on their cell phone, and out dropped a coke; they picked it up and walked off. That's fairly common in other parts of the world, but I'm still waiting on that shit here...
 
I hate cell phone games developement. They waste the time of developers that could be working/speeding the development process of other games...
