Well I finally got my final Skillup in fishing. I've been lucky if I get 1 skill up a month lately haha. Man now I just gotta take WW the final 7 lvls......

I suppose having fishing at 78 on my old char is quite a difference from the 87 it was when I switched chars? :biggrin:

Getting to 100 without fish-botting is truly amazing... you must have been fishing for many many months ;o

I would never care about fishing WITHOUT a fish bot.. cause fishing blows D: (imo). Congrats to you though XD you have some real patience there :P (or REALLLLY bored)

It was Lv97 when you took over the acct... everyone who knows the original Godpoing knows that... because he was racing with me to 100 as we fished on the ferry every day together lol... however I hit 100 back November of 2004 and he quit a couple weeks later at 97.something after he lost his LuShang on the ferry trying to fix it while zoning.

He passed the account on to me and I let you use it since I couldn't afford to pay for 2 accounts and wanted to play on the same server as someone I knew irl.
 
Oh and on another thing... stop trying to get a stupid rod that won't improve fishing at all. Fishing has sucked ever since SE nerfed the NPC sell back costs and it will never be good again as long as you need to fill the AH with your fish and camp all day putting singles or stacks up as they sell... its bullshit.


EDIT: To those of you asking how many hours it takes to get to 100... just to put it in perspective, it took me 22-25hrs of fishing over the course of 2 weeks to go up 0.1 skill when I was somewhere in the 99. range. That was the longest streak of no skill I had ever while fishing. But after that I got 0.3 and another 0.3 in the span of 9hrs.
