After three years of playing.. I have accomplished two tasks:
First, I finally finished off that stupid clay tablet quest and got my final 10k gil from the Sauromugue Campaign monument. Yay me! I need the gil, so it's a good time!
Second... LEAPING LIZZY FINALLY DROPPED HER BOOTS FOR ME, THE DAMN LIZARD! ^-^ I nabbed her sometime between 1:10 and 1:30 AM (CST) north of that rock crag.. no drop. Then, after running around and killing more lizards (I was using WHM/THF purely due to laziness at the time), sometime between 1:30 and 1:40 AM, another Lizzy pops on that little plateau that is overlooked by the usual campers' view point spot. I nabbed her with Flash this time, whacked her three times with my Darksteel Maul, and... BOOTS! A friend of mine told me I would get them, but he was hoping to have done so for me with his help as THF75. Instead, it happened anyway! I love it when such things come true! ^-^
These were my good times this week. Mew! Oh, and now I can sell three feet items that I can easily replace with the Bounding Boots to make more room in my Mog Safe.. so I guess that makes three good things.. Even more yay's! Mew mew!
