I haven't followed this thread closely >.O And I'm really not one to ask for celebrity names, or to pair names with faces... I can't remember names and faces for the life of me. From the top of my head, I remember Jessica Alba, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Matt Damon, Nicolas Cages, Jake Gyllenhaal, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears. If I saw them in movies, though, I'd probably just go "I recognize him/her", and don't remember their name anyway.

Yes, its a handicap. I can't remember a face I saw five minutes ago unless I know the person. Which can create some hilarious situations as I work in a store. When I fetch something for a customer, I can't remember who asked me to fetch it, even if the person is standing right besides me. I can recognize everyone in the store, like "he bought something last week", or "he was here yesterday", but I can't for the life of me remember who asked me to do what.

So yes, I'm not someone you want to ask for a celebrities name or what that person's name is. I will likely recognize him/her, but I can't tell you his/her name or which movies he/she's been in.

On the other hand, if I read a bit of information, no matter how relevant, I'm likely to remember it forever, as long as it does not involve names or numbers or faces.
