sparked by a lag spike in ME2, ive been off on this tangent to OC my pc in a more detailed way then simplly adding more power. looking for proper cas latency clocks, and information on which is better, 1:1 sync or ansyncronus ratio fsb/dram

pics are as shown:

have some minor power increases, 6% on fsb and 2.0v on ram.

processor: intel core 2 duo e4400, conroe 775 socket lga. 65 nm tech

real freq: 1194.08
multiplier: 6x
low/high multiplier 6x / 10x
multiplier locked
bus speed: 199mhz
fsb freq. 796.1(QDR)
thermal design power: 65w
core power: 38.81 W (estimated)
stepping: 2-L2

ram: 2x kingston ddr2-sdram pc2-5300 (333mhz)

volt: sstl 1.8
max burst length: 8
supported freq. 200mhz, 266mhz, 333mhz
CAS latency(tCL): 3 clocks @200mhz, 4 clocks @266mhz, 5 clocks @333mhz
RAS to CAS (tRCD): 3 clocks @200mhz, 4 clocks @266mhz, 5 clocks @333mhz
RAS Precharge (tRP): 3 clocks @200mhz, 4 clocks @266mhz, 5 clocks @333mhz
Cycle time (tRAS): 9 clocks @200mhz, 12 clocks @266mhz, 15 clocks @333mhz
Min TRC: 12 clocks @200mhz, 16 clocks @266mhz, 20 clocks @333mhz
FSB: DRAM ~ 3:5
Channels: Dual

OC'ing to higher specs isnt a problem. running at 9-11C under idle
