well today i got a .3 skill up from a cave cherax in kuftal tunnel, which meant the long road to 100 is over ^^ A big thank you to all thosewho gave advice and helping me along the way.
A special thanks to Chiimi who got me started on fishing, and to Atali who gave me the boost i needed to get the last 20 levels. :)

Nice, grats. If I ever get my hands on another lu shangs (sold mine right before the value of gil crashed last year for 10mil, lol) I plan to finish up fishing too.

Good job! I'm close behind you at 93.6, but I rarely play anymore. I know how hard it is to level up, the skill ups come sooooo slowly. Congrats!

Wow, thats quite an accomplishment. Grats

That's a huge accomplishment. I've been at lvl 38 fishing for wayyy too long. 100 fishing sounds like a hazy dream.

... honestly your 100 fishing is bigger than any "Finished COP" "Killed <insert e-peen mob here>" or "RDM AF2 BOOTS MINE!!!" a huge grats to you.

oh man, that is impressive ^_^ makes my 83 seem tiny lol

congratulations, that is a long road!

Thanks everyone!! It took me about 1 and a half years to reach 100, but i feel that is my best achievement on ffxi to date.Guess i will now start on getting the Ebisu rod.

WHAT you dont have it yet :P

Holy smokes congrats. Did you also start on the Ebisu fishing rod quests or is that your next big project? It never seems to end with fishing. How many years did it take you to level 1-100? Kudos.

Edit: Never mind you answered my questions. Took too long to load or glitch or something.

many congrats on a very impressive feat indeed, I cant imagine how much work that must have been, makes me want to take my lv 6 fishing back to the waters now. :)

Grats on getting Fishing to 100. I personally have tried to lvl that up for shits and giggles and came to the realization that I would rather be felated (sp) by a pack of wild dingoes than trying to get another lvl in Fishing lol.

I always take my hats off to lvl 100 or pretty much any fisher. It is "to me" the most boring thing in this game, you have to really have some patience to get it all the way to 100. Congratulations.
