Flameboard apology

I want to apologize to the people on the flameboard (Vang thread) for my actions. Especially to Lavi and Anttaru, who stuck up for my posts. While I tell you that I am not at all a sockpuppet as some still believe, I do want to state that all I was...was a troll. My friend showed me the thread at work and I decided to have a little fun with it because I was bored. Being as it was on the flameboard, I wanted to get under people's skin and get them worked up. Kyrien, the "gimp-assed" level 34 white mage was indeed my main character when I played a couple years ago and I opted to post in a manner that was consistent with her...a naive care bear who always wanted to heal people and make them feel better. I thought that a "let's get along" attitude on the flameboard would be the best way to stoke the flames again and get the thread moving. I was correct in that. I could have selected from among many previous characters and personages that I have used in the past, but Kyrien seemed to fit the need best (plus it was the only character I had in FFXI, thus I was following the old rule of my username on the boards being my character's name).

All in all, I thank you guys for the fun time and I wanted to say...no hard feelings (especially you, Sirivalin, LOL!). I am posting this on this board because it is not a flame, nor really related to FFXI in-game content, but rather an explanation of my postings. I'll likely be posting mainly on the WOW board here (provided I retain posting rights), but I may jump into the flameboard from time to time. Can't be certain though. Anyhow, take care...!

I never even opened the thread your talking about but I say it's always a good thing when someone apologizes for being a dumbass, if they really are sorry. Kudos.

It doesn't matter much to me if everybody cares. I just wanted to clear the air and let people know the truth.
