Ultimately, I decided to make this quick rather than drag it out over the next month or so.

Yeah, I'm gonna follow Reya to Sylph. I'll be making a new Raes here (and Reya, if you see her around and are curious) on Quetzy to hold my name in case of my eventual return, and I'll probably stop in from time to time on him, but mostly I suspect QCDN will remain my main contact with you fine folks.

I've made a lot of friends here over the years, and I'll miss you all dearly, but an awful lot of my enjoyment in this game has been doing things with Reya. Without her around... I suspect I'd just wind up quitting.

I'll see ya around, one way or another.

My apologies to anyone who feels like I'm leaving them in the lurch, but like I said, without Reya... there is no Raesvelg.

PhoenixPimps, Encore, BiggestKahunas, Perseverance, I'm sure you'll all do fine in my absence. Make sure to keep Bootz in line, get Ara his fucking hat, kick Ultima's ass without me there to tank him on my mad DRK/NIN, and keep WeBotClaim in line.

I was pretty sure this was coming when I saw Reya's post. Though Quetz is losing two awesome people and good players, I understand probably better than most why you are leaving too. I'm sorry to see you both go; I'm really glad I had the chance to meet you both and enjoy the warm nature and great sense of humor you both brought to whatever you did. Take care of yourselves, and stop in every once in a while and say hello. Quetz will miss you guys.

Good luck Raes on your new server! You and Reya will both be missed. :) Didn't hang out with ya too much ingame but you were always a cool guy when we spoke. :)

yeah... it's going to be sad to see the two of you leave but this is a group game and you get the most fun out of it when you play with people you enjoy the most.
The two of you were fun to listen/watch while in the same shells.
 
It was only a matter of time before you followed.

Like I said in Reya's thread, good luck over there. Hope you guys enjoy your new home. =)

Hope you both enjoy Sylph. I know since Chii and myself moved to Asura i've been able to enjoy myself much more. I've been able to be in a great dynamis shell, i've been able to get involved with sky and sea and along with Chii i've started a limbus shell that's going from strength to strength. All of these and events rarely run past 10pm my time and never past 11pm.
 
Galka, you will be missed.

Sad to see you go man; seeing you that one time in full DRK relic is what made me want to actually get the full set :) I know I won't look like a woodburning stove in it like a Galka, but maybe I can look like a little steampot.

You both will be missed terribly, even by people you didn't know all that well. I still stand by you two being the friendliest players I've come across. I know you'll share that kindness with others in your new home.
