Affirmative action creates this problem even more by trying to make all job opportunities equal when they make conflict for everything else because the firm will be hearing based on race because you are one of those people that will say it's because I'm black isn't it? Thus causing someone to lose a job when they A) have work experience in the field B) Never worked the field, but has a degree in the specific field of work, or C) Don't have degree or experience but that person is a damn fast learner then do the job with complete competence.
