For those that play ffxi on a laptop

I dont' have a laptop myself, but my friend has one that he use to play on, so i'll answer your question and give you some tips/advice.

If you wish to keep the keys the same as your PC, try to get a widescreen laptop, so it has the numpad on the right. If you don't mind playing w/ the compact keyboard, then by the one you have selected.

I don't know too much about the athelon processor, but if its as good as a 2.4 ghz HT, then you should be fine, or well better than just fine. I'd say lowest quality processor is 2.0 ghz p4, so if what you have selected runs better or about the same as that, you will be fine.

Your ram seems fine, but if you want it to be perfect, try aiming for another stick of 256.

Also, i'd suggest making sure the graphics card is good. 128 MB Radeon 9600 is what i run and don't have to much of a problem. Anything less i wouldn't suggest running.

I'd say that as your lvling bst, you could maybe let one of these components be a less, but i wouldn't suggest it. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask ^^.
