Well during my little late night run of lung related googling i came along this little gem. Thought it would be good to share for those with some lung problems. (Mainly CF but still)

I haven't heard of it. And i'm pretty sure my docs would say something so i guess it's just an issue of who is willing to sell something that can be made and sold for so cheap.

The only time i heard of a salt water solution was one a doc told me when i lived in boston 5 years ago and that was to be snorted not breathed and i can make it out of stuff at home.

If you've ever had a sore throat, gargling salt water usually helps, salt helps to dilate the blood vessels and improve circulation, as well as break up the mucus.

I live right by the ocean and I've had less lung problems (mainly asthma) since I started living here, even less when I used to go swimming. A friend of mine has CF and I'll definitely mention this article to her.

Once i see my docs next week i'mma be harassing the hell out of them to find out where i can get this. If it can stop 3-4 hospital stays a year i'll take it/

I don't wanna take the energy to click on the link, but whenever I smoke too much pot in a period it gets really fuckin hard to breathe, does this count as a lung problem?
