Rappa did retail throughout his entire college career, he knows better than to be "that guy". I might call sometime soon just for a sanity check to make sure that the old address isn't on the account whatsoever anymore. That's about the extent of what I would do unless they still had it on the account. Then I'd probably be mad, lol.
 
I didn't mean be a cockfag. I should have been more specific in my post. I mean be a asshole but nice at the same time.

Aly has too. I have got to be one of the nicest, most patient customers people around my area have to deal with. It helps to be known as one of the "good ones."

Hell hath no fury like a bill submitted for lost revenue due to their incompetence in record keeping along with a written/typed note about the hazzards of leaving one without air conditioning during one of the hottest spring/summer seasons we've had in years.

No one wants to end up on the news.

I had something similair happen with LCUB (i'm only like an hour or so away from you <.<) and that seemed to solve the problem and garuntee a notification before anything happens to my utilities personally. Hell i get a phonecall now when they're even going to be doing work in the area that might cause trouble.

But that's just me. Sometimes i'm that guy, just not on the phone. It's one thing to threaten to take someone to court and get a roll of the eyes, knowing full damn well it's not worth all that. It's quite another to put the spotlight on em with the local news and see how many other people crawl out of the woodwork to register complaints.

I guess if he doesn't knock you can't tell him you'll die if he turns the power off and he won't get sued. So if he doesn't knock you'll die and his problems are over.

Seriously though in light of all this, the stupidist mutherfuckers on the planet must work for power companies.
