Foret de Hennetiel Delve

[igu]

I need to get the key item Craggy fin from Dakuwaqa but it is either hard to find people or every shout group is a mess!

Is there any Linkshell still doing this? Or is there a group that can win this?

I'm willing to pay if it is needed!
