Formal request to have Roofie banned from this site.

The vang is a liar post is a post by a member of the JP community reaching out to the NA community to resolve a conflict which is fairly rare. The fact that it is on the flameboard is incorrect and it should have been moved to general discussion imo.

Regardless of the outcome of said thread the posts made by roofie were absolute filth in a thread that we as a community would not like to look like total assholes in. Nothing roofie has done or said on these boards has made me respect him but was all within reason (barely) on the flameboard, however, in this thread what was said was over the top and should be deleted from the thread, the user banned at least for a week, and on probation afterwards if he isnt removed forcibly from the community outright.

What was said in that thread is NO DOUBT being repeated on all the JP message boards that have similar purpose as QCDN. NOT ONE PERSON ON THIS BOARD SHARES YOUR RACIST BIGOT MINDLESS DRIVEL OF AN OPINION ROOFIE. THANK YOU FOR MAKING US LOOK LIKE ASSHOLES TO THE ENTIRE JP COMMUNITY. WE REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

Crawl back into the hole you came from please and don't come back out.

i, like some people who have posted already, don't personally know Roofie from the game, but i read that Vang thread, again, like most of you. roofie is racist towards the japanese why? over a game that THEY GAVE TO US IN THE FIRST PLACE?! all it takes is one racist, ethnocentric fuckwit to make japan think that we're all like that! Vang's "retarted melee" thread got me pissed, but he was pertinent to a matter that he disliked in the game. in the "Vang is a liar" thread, all roofie did was flame asians because they...did what now? beed asian and didn't speak english? making a generalization of that magnitude against an entire people is sick and wrong. not all of japan hates us, otherwise they wouldn't have let FF XI be released in NA, let alone around the rest of the world. and even though this IS the flameboards, it really should be flames that are relevant to a matter within the game and NOT about an entire country's people.
 
I'll sign for the ban on the basis that his words are vile and he makes racist and homophobic comments and antagonizes people just to be doing it, blah-blah-blah. I'll make all the correct, civilized noises about the air of negativity and all that. Lowers the IQ average just by walking into the thread, etc. Makes people not want to come here, yadda-yadda.

But Roofie's throwing a "nuke the japs" into his normal cartoony flameboard rant really isn't any better or worse than his usual schtick. He did it to work people up, and this petition is proof of his success.

I don't know how likely he is to get banned and I don't care too much either way because I've always just shrugged him off. You see Roofie's name and you pretty much know what you're going to get. It's going to be a Donald Duck tantrum written by Quentin Tarantino without a really good actor to give it style.

I'm sure he'll eventually find the verbal straw that breaks this camel's back, but he's nowhere near that mark yet. He can say "nuke the japs" all day and it won't matter because... well... he's Roofie.. What more did you expect?

On a side note, the more we respond to his assinizing posts, the more attention we are giving him, which is only going to encourage him even more.
So moderators or whoever is in charge, ban him, please.
Simple as that.
 
I can tolerate racist remarks, I can tolerate racism, I can tolerate when someone directs racist remarks towards me(which he has already done), but when he goes to the point of the things he said to the JP community in "Vang the Liar" thread, that's just too far.

I believe that, is far, far more than just throwing "cocksucker" and "faggot" around like a madman, this is just trash.

Roofie: Hard racism directed towards anyone and everyone that tries to go against him.

so i havent been banned yet, and i didnt say "nuke all japs" i just said nuke japan, not all the japs would be nuked, and the jap posted it on the flameboard not anywhere else, but hal makes a good points, only difference about these comments is that i directed them towards japs, no cried when i called tymon nigger, no1 cried when i talked about the jews, no1 cried when i said faggot, no1 cried when i told u all kat is a stupid fucking cunt who enjoys cheat on her husband, o wait that time u did, too fucking bad, banning me from this forum wont change a damn thing, so eh, be a crybaby bitch if u want

I dont care what any1 says, I love you Hal, gay guys are the coolest, they're just so damn accepting, I had this one boss who was gay and he was cool as shit too, we used to smoke pot together which was really wierd, smoking pot with ur boss just doesnt seem right. If I was gay I'd give u head and a reach around.
 
I don't often post outside of my own ls forums on qcdn, mostly because once i do i tend not to let it go, but i figure this case might be worth it. i don't even look at the other boards all that much unless i'm bored (as i am now. stupid pt broke ><), but i've seen enough of roofie to know what he stands for. what he says in here matters little to me honestly; one day he's just going to say the wrong thing to the wrong person and someone's going to set him on fire. of course, that's just assuming he acts this way in real life too. for all i know he uses the internet as an outlet to get back at all the bullies that pick on him and girls that laugh behind his back - but again, it doesn't matter to me.

however, when i see that the thread related to vang(i forget the title, please forgive me) is being linked to other quetz message boards and what have you, jp or not, then i have a problem. knowing as i do the effects one person affiliated with a nationality, ls, or even pt can have on people, whether the rest of that group shares his opinions or not, then roofie's behavoir bothers me and in my opinion warrents a ban (which has happened before, hasn't it? or am i thinking of someone else?). i like to think of the boards and our server as having formed a kind of community, of people that can get a long and people that can't. people that help each other and people that use the game as a way to get back at imaginary foes and immature ideals. roofie would be the later, and i, for one, don't want to be affiliated with someone like him.

i added him to my blist simply based on what i saw here, and the occasional shouts he made in jeuno. as far as i'm aware, i've never spoken to him, and i never will.

and as far as the 'it's a flameboard he can say what he wants' thing... the way i see it, for roofie it stopped being a flame a long time ago. for him it's just a plea for attention. if he actually wanted to argue an opinion or something, then it would be different. but it's not and here we are.

and now i feed the flame.
 
You guys really wanna piss him off and get rid of him. Just call him by his real name, which is Josh or Joshua. That'll do it. I've got the PM's to prove it. He can't stand when he is called by his real name in the virtual world.

I would even suggest taking it ingame. You hear him shouting in Jeuno, just say stfu Josh!!!!

If anyone remembers the Keits he was banned for a lot less. And people actually asked for his ban to be revoked. No one here is sticking up for poor roofie it seems. heh.
