(Found It!) Japanese to English webpage translator.

i was digging in some forums and found this site. gave it a test run on a few of the japanese nm pages i frequent and it works ok.
the translations are a bit lame, but far more understandable that the gibberish font i had displayed before. ^^
thought some may find it useful.
