For 2 weeks in a row you ruined my expectations of seeing new family guy and american dad episodes by perempting them for other stuff.

Star Wars Episode 2? Saw it once, never wanted to see it again.

Nascar?! You bastards!

FOX is always dumb. Right when they have a great show just finally showing it's promise, they cancel it. It's like their motto is: Make it big in the first season or get the axe. I'm surprised that Arrested Development has made it this long...more of you need to watch that....
 
If I wanted to watch race cars go in a fucking circle for 5 hours, I'd watch...wait no I wouldn't.

That doesn't even seem to be their motto. Fox has canceled several shows over the years that got great reviews(and were excellent), but they shoved them onto crappy nights for no reason. Some started on good nights, then were moved to try out the friday market, where they died a month later. But yeah, fox sucks.

Fox does fuck around with there schedule too much, really messes up the ratings for good shows because there looking to get a bigger piece of the pie on a new night with the same show.
 
Fox sucks as they always have. They pull all this crazy shit like Nascar because they know no other network would stoop that low and they know that Billy Bob and Jimmy Lue have to get their fix. It's not about the viewers and the fans it's all about Mr. Washington and all his buddies creating a new pocket lining for the executives.
 
I was tempted to post about this subject too. I mean, why hype up "Animation Domination" for 2-3 months in advance and then just skip it two weeks in a row, even while advertising the new FG episodes during the week? That just pisses me off.
 
On the plus side, that's 2 fewer weeks of American Dad to stomach.

Damn straight. Watch the first episode of family guy for season 4. Peter lists every single one of them. :lol:


Im very pissed. Fox needs to fucking stop doing this and just show family guy. I know they have the full season 4 already done, no need to hold back on it now!
 
I dunno about that - what killed Family Guy in the first place (aside from the revolving door timeslot) is it got billed as the next Simpsons and the second coming of Christ rolled up into a Super Bowl postgame show. Let the episodes simmer.

On a side note, I think the new ones are... alright. A lot more miss than hit, but good enough to make me laugh.

I dunno i find em pretty damn funny. I mean the most recent one was completely and utterly random, and thats what made it great. I mean the chicken! HE friggen returned with a vengance! That was probably one of the greatest moments (although the fight dragged on a bit). I seem to notice that they are slowly re-introducing each of the little characters that made the first 3 seasons so funny, as well as adding new ones.
