Fraps/Screenshot problems

[Draciot]

I have a small problem concerning my screenshot/resolution/fraps.

I have set my FFXI resolution to 1792x1792, i did this using this

Now, i was told that using fraps my screenshots would be the same size as my in-game resolution, so after i set my resolution higher, i start up fraps and log into FFXI.

This is a screenshot taken by scroll lock + print screen.

This one was taken with fraps, with my resolution set at 1792x1792.

As you can see, both are very crap ass in size.

In short, how do i get screenshots as big as this? (56k warning)

Any help would greatly appreciated, as i have spent many hours trying to fix this problem, and have not been able to resolve it.

Thanks in advance.

Perhaps Fraps can't work correctly with that adjusted resolution, dunno, I use it just fine and I get my screen shots huge. Can you set your resolution back to normal values and then try taking a screenshot, perhaps that's the problem? Sorry I can't be of anymore help.

I tried that, doesn't work.
