Oh shit! Atomic Robo! :O

Also will get War of the Supermen #0, The Tick #1, Green Hornet #1, Worlds of Aspen, Iron Man/Thor, Iron Man: Supernova, and Fractured Fables for sure :D:D:D

I thought I saw somewhere that the 1938 edition of Action Comics #1 (Superman) sold for 1.5 mil. Now thats a comic to have. :)

I'm definitely interested in War of the Supermen #0 and Iron Man/Thor. Funny enough, my mum is interested in getting Archie's Summer Splash #1.

Man, I was hoping to block this from my mind...

Because I work at a place that sells comics, and I'm working on FCBD.

Which invariably leads to the urge to strangle people complaining about not getting the exact FREE STUFF that they wanted.

@Tristam Remember to ask Greg tonight about them when we pick up our comics tonight. I'm not sure if he's getting everything that's listed or not.

@Raesvelg I'm sorry and good luck with that. ^^; Yeah some people can be douches about things like that. One of the reasons that I hated waiting tables. I always try to be nice to our comic book store guy when I ask about variants and such. Usually he can hook us up but it's a smaller store so things like all of the Blackest Night rings weren't possible because he couldn't order the number needed for some of the series. I don't know why but free stuff does make people have this sense of entitlement when it's clear that you can only guarantee it while supplies last. :/

We wound up with the Flash rings, and the GL rings I think. :o Might still have some left that I can pilfer...

This will be my first time attending a free comic book day, however I have gotten one comic months after the event last year. Blackest Night #0.

He gave us those but I don't think that we got many of the colors from the other corps like the yellow or blue. We got an extra GL one for our nephew and he had fun pretending to be a GL.

Blackest Night was great. If you haven't yet, I highly suggest reading the rest of it.

Yesterday was fun =)

I picked up a copy of War of the Supermen #0 and The Tick #1 reprint. My mum in turn picked up Archie's Summer Splash #1 and an issue of Fraggle Rock/Mouse Guard.

Our shop didn't have the Tick. I wasn't let down though, it's a small shop.

The comic shop was packed when we went around noon. Like Tristam said our shop is pretty small and I was glad to see them have the business. They also had some sales on their other products. We brought my sister and her five year old son as well. He was excited since we've taken him there a couple of times before. He saw a kid with a Super Hero Squad shirt and wanted it. lol

I bought a crapton of Invincible Iron Man (issues #8-19) - now currently looking to get the hardback of Issues 1-7.

I believe there's gonna be another reprint of The Tick beginning this month as well as a 12 issue full colour (color) remastered series.
