Free Font Making Software?

[Stine]

I was wondering if anyone knew of some good free or relatively cheap font making software. I need to make one from some existing artwork for my company and it would be much easier if I could just make it into a font file.

Try FontForge - I think I tried it out on Linux, seemed to work fairly well, and it looks like there is a Windows Client now.

GPL-approved too!
Modified BSD license, but it's still cool for commercial use.
