Hey Svina,

Glad to hear you are enjoying WoW right now, I for one think the game is awesome, and while it is not as layered as ffxi, it is definitely tons of fun. It's good to be able to turn on a game for an hour and just be able to turn it off, feeling like you've done something :P lol

Anyhow, it seems like you've done this in the genuine spirit of giving so I'll go ahead and participate.

I would like a sniper's ring. I am currently 67 (2.7k tnl) drk, and I really love the job. It seems like all the people asking for the rings are drk as well lol. Anyhow I have managed to afford one snipers but for my second ring I use venerer. It'd be nice to get that sense of symmetry back in my equipment screen. I'm also planning on taking sam up to the higher levels next, and I will enjoy subbing thf, war, and rng post 55 on that job.

So I guess to sum up - I would like a sniper's ring / snipers+1, as I am a dedicated melee DD who will be able to use this equipment for more than one job.

Svina, I don't think I've ever met you or played with you but I have seen you many a times. Perhaps you've seen me around as well. I have not read all 15 pages of this and I'm hoping that the item I truly need is still available.

I've been playing since US PC release. My highest job is till only a Lv.56 WAR. The only job in this game that I wish to ever take to 75 is Ninja. I currently have it at Lv.50 and never loved it more.

I had leveled NIN as far as I could without really needing much elite gear. I took it 33 as sub for my WAR and did not touch it for about 1yr. I wanted to camp,quest or farm eveything I needed for the "proper" gear (at least in my eyes).

I've done everything from farming beehive chips, crystals, silks to several hundred BCNM's (many people ripped me off promising to "send gil after items sold bla bla bla :cry: ) and camping lizzy/emp forever, hopping on my GF's WHM and doing teleports for me :D etc... you know what I mean. Not much my WAR could do anyway except over camped NM's, quests & BCNM's ...

Thru the times... I would say about 10 of my RL friends quit this game, most of them left me small fortunes. The most gil I ever had on me at any one moment was 16,000,000 combining inheritance and personal savings.

When I returned to 33NIN I had my emp hairpin, leaping boots, as much +EVA gear as possible, I used Snipers I had on my WAR later on, etc etc etc. My main goal ... EVA anyway.

Now I'm level 50. If I can say so myself... My NIN is worth about 11mil worth of gear/scrolls now but I'm very much too broke to buy my next most important item by the time I hit the level.

Scorpions Harness. :(

Without a doubt a must have for me to play this job as tank. You said you want to pass it on to someone who will make great use of it. My wish is to hit Lv.75 NIN by end of year. The item will be given great use. It will not be sold (as I need it so badly). It would be great if you would choose to award me the honor of holding it in good use. This way I don't have to slow down my leveling extremely to go scheme/work on ways to make 4+mil ... Maybe by the time you come back I will have enough to buy my own/get my own.

I hate "asking" for stuff in this game and most people that know me will tell you that I do repay, I don't rip off and that I'm more a helpful player than a snob or ass.

You are obviously quitting and so I figured hey, Worth a shot to ask and give a reason.

That item is the one thing on the tippy top of my wishlist. I don't plan on quitting and I do plan on NIN75.

Unless you have other plans for that item or someone else in mind. Please consider me to be it's holder.

Svina good luck with WoW... I picked up WoW, EQ2, Lineage II, etc etc etc but they just werent as good to me as FFXI. All my RL friends quit FFXI also for WoW. They say they love it. Me, I didn't. In a way though, we should all quit playing MMORPG's :) Let's get back to life. But me, screw it ... I guess I got the time for it right now :D
 
There's really nothing on that list I could really use (Except on Langli... but she's an alt and their are others who need it more) so I'm not asking for anything. I'm just saying I miss you, and I'm glad your having fun in WoW... but I still miss you. I miss your sarcastic comments, and your blunt nature and how you would just say random things for no reason. I miss that you were one of the best RPers in my shell... hell the shell seems a bit empty without you now. When we did the CP vs NB thing today, it didn't seem right without you there.

You were one of my favorite people in the game and I hope someday you decide to come back and visit ; ;.

Um.. dude. You're stupid. There's no other way to say it. If your reffering to Svina's FB post, then you just don't know how to read. That post was made because when Svina announced he was leaving (well over a week ago) people started bugging him ingame, that is what that post is for. It has nothing to do with this one... so get a clue. Geesh..

In order to get all teh gear i want to have at level 60 i have to farm up 10 million gil and thats if i save 1-2 mil by getting a venemous claw and have my SH crafted.
of all the things that i wanna get for myself to have the best gear i can get the scorpion harness is number one on the list cause i can use it till endgame ive alreday got my geat setup as a thf so that i never actually have to use regular sata other than quite literally the first fight in a party. my current tp rate is between 130 and 100%tp every minute for myself and im proud of that fact but i've heard that when dancing edge is used in an sc thf have to have 150% tp to make it most effective which means ill need the 10 extra acc to put me over the top.

Ive been lucky with my gear so far and gotten lucky drops like my lizzy boots emp pin when i camped em for my gear and going 3/10 on stroper chyme one night. Unforunately now my luck cant beat teh almighty gods of inflation. mage ballad 2 that i used to farm dropped by 100k making farming teh coffer no longer a viable option. i never opened the coffer when someone who needed af was in the area and i always did a search to see what jobs lv 50-60 were there so i could ask my ls if any of those jobs needed af incase i forgot.
ive been trying to earn the money but the most ive gotten so far is one mil,540k of which i had to use on an extra sniper cause i forsee prices rising with the current gilselling group finally discovering teh idea behind supply and demand. im investing a bunch of the leftover money in crafting so that i can possibly afford a harness easier through high level synthing. so far its going good ive picked the most profitable synths i could find and ive not lost much money yet cause i crafted nin tools during the dreaded slime oil phases where most people lose over 100k.
basically im trying every single trick i can to get the money for the one item ive always wanted as a thf other than kirin's osode but thf can't equip that monstrosity of a body peice anyway.

If i get to borrow it i wont be stupid and not plan for you to never take it away. i've already researched some nm that thf can solo/tank and if my theory is right i can duo stuff like aquarius so im going to try and earn teh money to get a replacement harness with the drops. that harness is a golden oppurtunitry and im not gonna waste it.

The fact that inflation is moving along faster than i can farm doesnt help my prospects at getting a harness anytime soon either.
ive tried bcnming and noone like theif in them so im stuck on a bcnm 30 which has extremely good drops but erase, utsesumi ect hasnt dropped from em and after going through 120 seals im left with an extra 400k
i dont have the kindred seals for ks30 cause despite hundreds of em dropping in parties i'm in ive gotten a grand total of 10 of em.

please can i have a chance at that harness. i like being able to show off my gear and not have bad junk that ive seen other people in like certain nin wearing +1 in evasion gear, rdm at lv 59 expin in rse and stuff people stop wearing at level 45. not only that but its goddamn fun outping rng. i do it 60-80% of teh time just barely by a few tp but i wanna put em to shame.

well i really hope i can get the harness from you svina. even if i dont get one is there any chance i could trade my snipers for signed versions? ive always wanted some signed by you. Cmon give it to teh guy who actually got himself decent gear teh first shance he got.
now if only i could get 5-2 done so I can get my republican army mantle and my dex rings i want weren't 800k. theyre worth it huh? damn you vang 800k 1.6 mil isnt worth it for +2 dex.><


oh and revoldo how teh hell did you have 11mil and not get the harness? if i had that much money at once the first thing id have gotten was that if i was a nin.that was poor planning my freind at the very least you should have noticed how much inflation was gonna you up and to top it off you arent a high level crafter that can earn the money after a few weeks of crafting im guessing. im not going to flame you or anything but you reallly need to plan ahead better.
time for me to go out and see if any lsmate need help with any af or something being one of teh only 45+ thf in a ls means you get to go alot of places in search of coffer keys.

I really need that item. I'm sure we both will make more use of it than anyone else who's been asking for it. Even if we get picked it's still a lottery so GL to you and me if that happens.

Khajit = wants it to cause some dmg. Better his SATA.(?) Get a haubergon. DEX5 Acc10 you'll be fine.

Revoldo = needs it for excelling at his job and making good PT's work well under excellent hate control. Evasion is my friend.

You wont die without +10Evasion... You have a SATA partner to take all the dmg.

um i never said the +10 evasion was going to be used in exp parties>.>. incase you didnt notice it thf can solo alot of nm and duo other extremely strong ones with a mage easily at higher levels.
Never did i say i needed the +10 evasion for exping once. anyone stupid enough to buy something several mil to get +10 evasion during an exp party when they arent a nin tank needs to be shot.
Also subjob or not i try to wear the best stuff i can. I've considered using nin as a second job after i can afford the higher levels of it and i dont halfass my sub like you seem to be accusing me of. unless i walk up into kazam as a melee rdm/nin using the wooden katana from the event dont ever imply that again.

Oh and you obviouly know nothing about thf.

#2scorpion harness is great for satade. do you know why? its a damn 5 hit ws. by using the 10 acc from it it frees up other equip peices that would normaly be needed for accuracy and allows me to focus on dex with them to increase the damage cap.

#3 im already wearing alll of the stuff you have because unlike you i nm camped everything I needed cause i had the time to wait for ve or ll for 10 hours straight. i didnt wait for 10 hours straigh most times but 4-5 was good enough since compering against 20 people isnt exactly smart compared to farming. you went out and farmed for your gear. I claimed the gear from the original sources. does listing you're uber gear make me inferior? nice try if that was true you would have fuma on. They're cheaper than leaping boots last i checked and have hastr which make you a better tank cause it lowers the utsesumi cast time slightly and allows you to hit more allowing you to generate more hate from dot.

#4 When did i say i didnt farm where you think i got that initial 1 mil? Did it magically come from my credit card and i forgot to get 5mil more? yeah theif can farm we only have to wait longer to move into stronger areas cause until dancing edge we have no highly damagin ws to kill stuff we farm faster. the thf may have not gotten hit by the monster but we took a long time to kill it.

#5 can you even read? if i say i dont have to use sata other than literally the first time the party starts doesnt that mean im using sata+ws every other time for the next 2 hours unless i forget to sc or lag messes me up ect?

#6 You need it it for hate control? isnt that what thf do alot of and in fact were designed to do? isnt that what being able to consistently sata for 1k+ damage on a tank thanks to the extra +10 acc suppossed to do?

#8 Your war hasnt had a decent party in months? try putting up with nin tanks who only have +1 in evasion gear cause you have 1ktnl and it took seeking from morning time till 6 in the after noon for even a peek at an invite. only to be replaced cause you didnt get into jueno within a time of literally 8 seconds. i've burned through 30k+ in cp from having to make sure i dont get replaced within that oh so long and arduous wait the party has of 10 seconds for me to arrive in jueno.I moved onto warp cudgel now theyre good for skilling up cllub for true strike which ill need eventually andway. melee without more than +4 acc including the natural accuracy bonus from having more dex. tanks scared of exp mobs. ect ive met them all and i bet you have. this is not the place to be vennting anger out cause everyone has had bad parties. just be quiet cause everyone in this forum can bitch about bad parties for months. i be you had a alot of free time lfp on war? what war cant farm><. (that was sarcasm incase you missed it)

#9 stop trying to get this topic sent to the flameboard. all i said was i personally would have gotten the harness first. with the 10 mil you had i would have gotten a level 100 craft or two and made money that way.

Peacock Charm

My RNG is at 33 just enough for the peacock charm actually but summer time is coming for me and i will have lots of time then. Im tired of my 72pld so im gonna take up RNG over the summer, a peacock charm would be nice although their are higher RNGs grabbing at it im sure, the people i know trust me although u may not cause of that aquarius incident, anyways if i get u have my word u will get it back if/when u come back(if u believe my word is up to u)
