My friend lost his characters when his grandmother passed away... He was going to help with CoP for friends, but all of a sudden he had to go to California for this family emergency... he asked his friend to log on his account and just tell his friends that he couldnt help because of the family emergency... when he came home 3 weeks later, his characters were gone. My friend's, friend deleted my friends characters and he lost everything, since it was the second time it was deleted, he can not be restored...
He was only trying to help his friends, so he didnt ditch them, but it turns out that my friends, friend only wanted to hang out with him more, since he quit the game... he has called a few times to Square Enix but they will not grant him a restoration.... So I am just asking people to send Square Enix emails to "https://secure.playonline.com/supportus/index.html"
head to Email Support, then Comments and Suggestions or Contract help and just type that you think he should be able to restore his character... or anyone should be able to restore their character more then once.
