So I was having the 'freezing issue' and none of the solutions they suggested worked(Lost my game saves for nothing.), so I requested a repair. When I issued the request, the console was still listed as under warranty, though now when I check the repair status, it says that it's no longer under warranty.

Do you think that they're gonna give me shit about it not being in warranty when they receive it? I just wanna anticipate the worst. ._.;

They shouldn't. When the issues arrised and you contacted them, they became aware while it was under warrantly. If while in transit or during the time it took them to receive it into their depot and process the info into their database the warranty expired, that's not your problem. Just remember that.

However about anticipating any crap from them.. always go in expecting a fight. Not defensive but just prepared. Unfortunately they're not out to help us, they're out to help themselves first.
