Obviously you can't read too well. That's a fault with a lot of players in the game, though.

There's a difference between use and abuse of a command. 5 checks in a short period of time would be use. 15 checks in 20 seconds is abuse. THAT is the grounds upon which Jona was suspended, as weak of an argument as it is.Reko said:And I fully beleive Jonason understood he didn't want to be checked.
But then AGAIN (READ YOU BUMS!) it's not for yourself to decide if another person wants to use a command that is fully legal.

Obviously, Jonason wanted to see his gear. He didn't wanna get checked.
So, what should happen?

And like hell Jona wanted to see his gear. The first few times, sure... the next 10-15 checks, however, are strictly to piss people off. I've been /check-whored by Jona several times (god DAMNIT he's good) and it is annoying. If it was by someone I don't know, I would call a GM on them too - why should I have to change my chat filters just to ignore one guy? Fuck him.
Just to clarify, I am on Jona's side. I can understand why there was a GM call, but I don't understand why there was a suspension. You would definitely do right to take this up further Jona; is there any relevant methods of contact under the Service & Support menu on POL?
