hi my name is meeze in game. i was there today with a skill up party, on our way we talked about fighting aquarius. when we got there i saw you running from it. i stunned it. it might be the dumbest thing i've ever done. i have never hunted an nm that takes a party to beat and i was just excited and claimed it. we obviously didnt win. the other party we didnt know. i am really sorry. from the sounds of it the other ls might have taken it anyway, but that is no excuse for what i did. i am a lvl 64 drk,, and am taking my rng to 75 as fast as i can. i owe you big, if you need anything from me, or if we end up hunting something, i will give you my cut, or if its just me and you, i'll give you everything. i'm still kickiing myself for what i did. it was plain dumb. please accept my apology, even though it isnt worth much compared to the drops.
if i can help with something now, or something in the future please let me know.

HERE YOU FUCKIN GO that how the first steal happen this is why it was in hallways and i had to w8 for it to go yellow and 100% hp again. now vasage and other bol member some how wanna justify stealing/mpk fine by me. even the fucking person who stole at first had the ball to admit he stole it and said sorry, okay now that all i need this guy off my blacklist. now ya wanna be fucking CUTE about this and lie and fucking make asses of ya self on board ya story's dont make sense each one of ya has a diff little part and so forth. fine i was gonna let this go but ya wanna lie wanna say i stole i wann say i mpk ya cool. all i gotta say you fucked with the wrong person this time around dude pray u never go hnm or so forth. AS for your ls im sorry i target them all but by the looks of it this shit mpk/steal is something ya do nasya was mpk by one of ya and so forth watchyoustep ur ls member are lying and are not the saint they seem to be around you.
 
Well, I really have no opinion on this matter...Wasn't there...Only heard the stories.


I can say for one thing though.....I'm totally against people stealing NM's while someone is fighting it.

If they die and the thing goes unclaimed....fair game.

If they are kiting the mob and it goes unclaimed....fair game...but fucking dirty. You're stealing that person's work.


I've tried to talk people out of doing shit like that. Too bad I wasn't there.

Im the person in the party who will disagree with someone who says, " I'm gonna spam my Stun/Provoke macro just incase it goes unclaimed "


It's a real dissapointment knowing there are people out there who would do things like steal NM....especially when you know them. It only creates more problems

Stealing claim is wrong. Put yourself in that persons perspective and ask, "Would I do this to myself?"




Please lead by example.

If all this shit that's been flying around is true....Im pretty dissapointed that it all started from a nm such as Aquarius.
I mean you can see it go down at Nidhogg/Aspidechelone spawns....but guys...this wasn't worth it.

I hope I'm wrong along with a lot of other people...it seems >_<

This is my favorite part, and probably something we can all agree on. If you don't actually know for a fact what was done (ei: Were one of the people that actually laid a finger on Aquarious.) Then anything you have to say to support either side is bias and therefor should only be taken with a grain of salt, maybe some nutmeg too for the flavor.

Pretty much, if you are going to post in support of your LS, that is fine, just don't make up parts of the story in doing so. :roll: So sad when people soil their reputation by jumping into a story they had little involvment in, picking sides, and then comming out the looser when you could have stayed quite the whole time and left the situation in the same state it would have been reguardless of your entry into it.

Watching people screw themselves is honestly the best part of the flameboard.

1. First Reality don't hate, haveing people stand up for an LS that has done nothing wrong... you make it sound like a bad thing, green is not your color you twat.

2. Cheerleaders you say... perhaps you should call all your friends and other fanboys off your nuts prophecy before you, can even open your mouth about cheerleaders.

3. Reality doesn't seem to know what he is talking about just as much as prophecy, Rahdu is and has been a member of NAF for many months, so take that as it is.

4. You say you had first claim, okay I buy that. Why not tell me about it when I stunned it instead of slaping me and makeing a giant flame like a baby. I saw aquaris sitting in a hallway unclaimed, I figured it was a failed attempt to kite, and the person or persons died, so I claimed it. You didn't even say or do anything about it other than slap me. Had you told me you claimed it first, I would have zoned and left it to you, simple as!

Then when you took it away from us, or as you say took it back, and let it beat on our THF and NIN while you sat and rested, it's cool thats what shadows are for I geuss. But we never tryed to outright MPK you, you messed up hate when you stole it, and considering the mob was under your claim at the time I fail to see how thats an atempt to MPK.

I never addmited to stealing anything. I was not aware you had claimed it first, and were doing a half assed job of kiteing, and thus lost claim. Like I said I saw it in the hallway assumed it was a failed attempt to kill or kite it, so I stuned it, and all you did was slap me. Also like I said had you said something to me about it instead of throwing a tantrum on the forums here like a 2 y/o, I would have zoned.

Again I appologize for the mistake of claiming a NM in the yellow when I saw no one around, and, apperently you had already claimed. If you wana call a mistake stealing and MPK thats your choice. But I will say you never made effort to contact me, I had to message you sevral times, and you told me to "stop messaging you".

5. Now as for your acuzations of lies, they are just that, you telling lies.

6. This is the 2nd time you have threatened me and members of my LS with MPK on an HNM, wich is a reportable offense to a GM, not that it will do any good.

7. Seeing as how being the bigger man here and appologizing for a simple mistake doesn't seem to work with you. And seeing as how most of your beef seems to be with me. even though we got no drop from aquaris even with TH2, lets assume you had been mature enough to tell me that was your mob I was unknowingly claiming, I say okay appologize and zone.

Now that said lets assume you got a peice of damscene cloth. Well seeing as how even though we didn't get one, perhaps covering even possable sceniarios and yet a 5th appology will make you happy. I am proposing I will buy a peice of damascene cloth off the AH, and give it to you to sell or do what ever the hell you want with I don't care, thats your buisness. If it will get you to realize how assinine your acting over a simple mistake, it's worth it. Send me a /tell in game if this is to your satisfactory.

ppl should show respect when a group or just 1 person is killing a NM... to only claim when that person(s) is wiped before claiming for your own. not to spam provoke (etc...) while they are fighting it and it goes yellow for a split second to claim it for your own.

I do not justifie MPK or stealing. The members in question have been in BoL long before me and would never do such things. Dont get me wrong, most anyone is capable of doing such things, but i hardly believe that we would stoop to that lvl. I respect that Prophecy has quite a long reputation with you all, and its been said many times in this thread that accidents happen, and im sure your not all saints and some of you have succeeded or at least tried to steal a mob from someone else. Whats done is done, Aquarious will be there again and again and again. Happy Hunting
 
Without passing the judgement on this specific case as I wasn't there, and the whole idea of giving my backing to someone based on reputation isn't really my thing, I'll say simple this.

The argument of "it's over and done with, let's move on" or "you shouldn't flame people" or the idea of keeping it private, is dumb.

If I'm camping a NM, I'd like to know who of my countercampers are MPKers. In fact, if I know someone is a MPKer, I have no problems dishing it back at them, even before they did it to me, because I know they would do it to me if I'd gotten the claim.

I vote this the most useless post on the entire topic. Don't go flaming Proph's intelligence(Yes, INT is the in game stat. I believe you were aiming for intelligence. ^^) and somehow bringing it to something as subtle as an emote in his sig. You make yourself look like a total ass.

On topic, I know Proph. And I know he wouldn't steal/MPK unless he had damn good reason. For example, someone stealing it or MPK'ing him first...He's legit. Someone on the other side is the one lying. I doubt he put all this shit together as a big lie. It wouldn't be worth the effort.

I hunt NM from time to time and reading this I had a question. If someone steals a NM from me and then dies, and I"m waiting on it to regen without claim, at this point is this NM not "free for all" or is it mine and mine alone? Even though I don't currently have claim. Especially if someone walks by sees me standing by it, shoud they ask first before voking it? Personally i've never had somebody ask me if the monster was mine, they usually just voke it.

I"m not for or against either party but this was an interesting question that came to my mind when reading this.
