Well seeing as a couple of you have confirmed to finding a few of them in the zone for an entire hour, they mustn't be getting much done. That's suspect.

The 'Fuck You' seems highly deserved. Punk move, but aren't there enough punks around to not be shocked by this sort of inconsiderate behavior anymore?
 
Yes they where only in there for an hour and it was only 3 of them. Ged knew exactly what he was doing, and he did this on purpose. Even if he didnt do it on purpose, he saw my shell there and he KNOWS we enter at 9cst. This beyond a coincidence.

I believe his master plan was to knock us off schedule so he can do Xarcabard Saturday since he was not happy with us saying no. When he met us in glacier he started spewwing shit about how his shell has ran for 3 years and that this game started was JP only and all this other shit.

Ged has pissed off the wrong person. I would be more understanding if more 3 fucking people had entered the zone but this was a straight up cock block.


Morwen while some of this is your fault, you corrected the issue after I found it and no harm. Ged could of easily scrolled down to see our post as he knew we were running Saturday. People make mistakes, Ive done it before, so no hard feelings to you, but Ged can still suck one.
 
For those who are humping jp's angelic ways, why dont you send a tell to Shoya if you ever see him. You'll be in for a treat, if anyone else knows this guy you'll be laughing as hard as me lol. Jp's for the most part are very nice people, i've been playing with them for years, but like every other race they have assholes, and plenty of them.

Sorry you lost your zone, that was not a coincidence by any means those who are trying to defend him need to reconsider. Maybe try to get your group to gather a little earlier if he keeps doing it?
 
The part I don't get is that the dude spent 500k on screwing a group out of their time slot. Three people can't accomplish anything there by themselves, so they probably quite literally entered, zoned in and idled until the glass expired. Or they just kept /seaing your shell until you guys dispersed then dropped glass.

There's no way you enter a zone like that with three people with actual intent to perform in a zone. I've heard of people sending in a pair or two to hold a zone if there's blatant competition, but this is a different kind of beast. No one else showed up. They wasted not only Alabont's shell's time, but also borked their own Dynamis timers for three days on top of the gil investment. That's not an accident.
 
Seriously? Gil investment?

There are plenty of people in this game with more than enough money to just piss away in a scenario just like the one you mentioned.

I'm actually surprised that it doesn't happen more often, given the blasé attitude some players are exhibiting towards the game now.

It all goes back to how the OP has handled himself. He has the mentality that "this guy pissed off the wrong person" so he's made an enemy in game. The /tell spam only furthered the problem. This Ged guy obviously has the time and gil to devote to griefing the OP, so getting in a pissing contest with him is not a smart thing to do. I for one am anxious to see what the next Ged flame will be titled, because you know something will happen on Saturday.

That's what I was thinking, Cletus.

The best way to handle someone taking a zone that, until fairly soon before the run, wasn't listed properly in the Dynamis Scheduling board, is of course to begin yelling "fuck you we were gonna run, get the fuck out the zone, get away from my trail markings, don't you dare put that hourglass down there, oh NO YOU DIDN'T, NOW IM PISSED, THATS IT".

We better watch out Alobont or Ged will start showing up to try and steal our Einherjar zones to... Oh wait SE didn't screw up Eihnerjar like they did Dynamis. My bad. You may now return to you regularly scheduled flame.

Yeah I am that was the point of me posting about Einherjar since I don't do Dynamis with you all. Sucks this is happening to you all tho. My Dynamis used to have the same issues with JP shells on Sat a while back usually only in Northlands on Saturday. I don't think its the same group but its been a while. They really can't be reasoned with so unfortunatly we just gotta deal. I remember they would send in like a 6 person hold party til others came but they never just held a zone like this guy did. GL in Xar on Sat btw I would get there and enter as early as possible :-P

Anyways,

People need to stop thinking that just because they aren't NA, they don't disrespect people. They are just people afterall and if they feel they have been disrespected (in this case, by a shell that hasn't been around for as long - not like that matters) they will do it back, in some if not most cases. It's human nature.

Mr. Hobo, I don't see how you have any room to talk, being from Absolution and all, you guys look at zone schdeules and still fucking snipe. So, your two cents is neither desired nor required.

If he had looked again, she probably had fixed it already. But no, he didn't look again, saw there "was no runners" the first time and regardless if we were sitting around the Trail markings, decided to go into Dynamis-San d'Oria with three goddamn people I GM'd his ass too, even the GM said: "There was no reason, why he should have done it, without having enough force to capture the zone"
 
Sorry I can't quote cause I'm doing this from my cell at work but I agree with the point about calling a GM when a group is clearly gather with a strong force to do a zone and another group enters and just holds the zone with 3 people and I'm glad to see the GM agreed but I doubt they are capable of/or actually did anything because it hasn't been posted here.

Yeah I'll actually be there this time. 13 hour work day + my dad's birthday made for a very tired taru. I think I was asleep before we entered.
