Much faster with a scythe, or much faster with a dagger or katana?

Thats why Im impressed. This is the first time Ive seen someone attack like a beast (mini hundred fists) with a scythe. Ive seen daggers, katana, swords and clubs before, but not high delay weapons such as GS's, scythes or GK's

I cant find some previous videos of faster action, but this is the onry one I did save to favorites

It's a Lamia, that's cheating. Pretty sure this has been done by a scythe DRK using Spiral Hell.

Since I am an actual APoc owner I will post.

Those that are saying your unimpressed must need something adjusted. Lol if you read the entire 10 page thread about Xno (understands english very well), you will see the reason why he isn't using drks two hr or souleater is because he actually did make a video of him doing exact same thing but the mob died in 10 seconds since he was hitting between 300-600

What we have figured out from all the testing.

Cap on Haste is follows
70% cap
but Desp. Blows 15% and Hasso 10% lets us go past that bringing our total to 95% which allows us to swing that fast.

Now something that may disturb you is us apoc owners can do the following without even needing a brds two hr.

Gear 18% (22% if you really wanna be pimp)
Brd double march = 20%
Spell = 15%

Which is 53% full time.

With Cata 10% and Hasso 10% we can substain a 73% haste rating fulltime for a scythe. 513 x .73 = 374.49 so basically we are swinging 138.51

And with DB fully merited with last resort fully merited. We can add an additional 15% bringing it to 88% so same math to a delay of 61.56 every 4min 10 seconds.

So full time we will have a delay of 61.56 -138.51 FULL time.

That ninja in the video its' nice seeing swinging like that but the damage is 0-7/8 nothing special. Where darks are swinging like that and doing massive damage full time. That's just my opinion.

Swinging that fast isnt that impressive. Swinging that fast for that much damage and being able to do it consistantly is whats so retarded.
This puts DRKraken to shame, because DRKraken cant do it again for 2 hours. This guy just walks up to the next mob and keeps going.

Want people to be impressed? Do something they haven't seen, or something they don't expect to happen.

Getting Scythe delay down that low is a feat. It's just not draw dropping anymore. 2 years ago, people would've been shitting themselves over this.

A Scythe DRK can attack nearly as fast as DRKraken, but doesn't have to use Souleater to hit for similar damage (if the mob has low def and doesn't need souleater's ignore def trait). That's how I comprehended what Marajade said.

Sure, they can. Good luck doing it in merits, though. I'm sure your party will be pleased when their mages are out of MP and the chain breaks due to downtime.

end-game, yes. But they'll need 2-3 WHMes just to keep them alive.
