well... how many do you have honestly? I have like 8 with no space in mog house or in inventory blah blah blah. but I'm close with at least 4 people in each LS. I'm getting ready to just start throwing them away after saying goodbye. (could always sell um...) I'll list the LS that im in more than others.

Teambringit- my main LS one of the best ones in quetzalcoatl.
crystalwanders (sp?) - 4 people (including me) in this LS are in the static party. We have a PLD,WHM,BLM,RDM (me) and then just invite some melee.
anythinggoes-a LS created by a guy I partied with. (ne of my best friends kreon.bard is on this)
Aetherblue- created by my good friend lipunpun.

Personally I think to allow for multiple LS per player was a shot in the foot. I realize FFXI is successful among JP players, and doing ok in North America, but I know a good number of people (myself included), who are not happy with the lack of a more guild like player association option.

thats the flaw about linkshells, theyre nice in a way because u can use them for different reasons, but many ppl have like more than 3. No offense, but thats retarded. I, personally, just stick with one. The linkshell is more a guild than a chatroom. Thats how we all treat it anyway. Planned events, everyones close with one another, each lends a helping hand to one another. Thats what a linkshell should be like, if u dedicate urself to one, and the others likewise, itll be a lot better.

either im really tired or retarded, but i cant edit my previous post..=p. My "guild"s site is linked to my sig, ... looky.

That's because edits were disabled on the Flameboard. Once you say something nasty, you can't take it back. :P

I'm the type of personality that has to actively participate, organize, and contribute to a linkshell's well-being. I would never consider being involved in more than one linkshell, though I allow my fellow LS members to do so if they choose. But the way I look at it, you can either give 110% to one LS, or only 20% to 4 different LS's. A linkshell with focused and dedicated members will grow strong as a community of friends who help each other out in missions, quests, exp parties, sharing items, giving advice, and all other aspects of this game. A linkshell made of people who come and go as they please is just a chatroom with a pretty colored orb next to your name.

I got my first two linkshells in the same day. I dont like having two, it seems like a waste. One just sits in my Mog House and takes up space. They are cool though, I met some cool people who have helped me out, so I cant complain.

I've stayed with one my entire time playing this game, it's shifted to 3 different names throughout that time, but it's been mad fun. I really wish they did enforce a one LS per person limit though, theres way too many around, and most people don't even use more than 2.

u still dont really need a LS for that, just do it the old fashioned way and sit in the same spot for 8 hours watching TV (or playing Gems *snickers*)

Personally, I have one main LS, though I'm also a pearlsack holder for QCDNorg. I rarely go on QCDNorg, being as that I'm always on ColdFront. I might go on more if people were on it more often, but oh well. On ColdFront, I can count the number of times I've been the only one online on one hand. It only happens when I log on at a weird time, like 9:30 in the morning. Typically, there are at least 5 other people on besides me, and quite frequently 10-20. And everyone on ColdFront are friends, and are nice to each other. We have a nice range of levels (from 1-60 or so), and there's almost always someone willing to help or level with you. The best part though, in my opinion, is that we have a lot of fun that's completely unrelated to leveling and missions and such, as well. Stay on awhile, and you're guaranteed to laugh a lot. XD

Anyway, on the subject of having more than one LS, I think that if there was a limit, it should be two. I know that a lot of high-level people have a normal LS and an HNM LS, after all.

Well, if you are able to give 110% to one LS, you should be able to give 27.5% to four different LSs, rather than 20%. 8D

Lol, OK, I admit it: I'm bored. ^^

LS's aren't too bad in most ways but yes most people do have more than 1 LS and mostly more than 2 but it really doesn't matter too much because that just gives them more to do in the game

Most are useless, or become useless. Toss those ones and enjoy your inventory slots.

Well when you do the quests and have 50+ items that you can hold with you and also the quests that give more item space in the mog house, you have room to carry a lot of shit that you don't need.
But yes, you shouldn't carry items that you don't need on you.

well, for higher lvs, ppl have like 4lvs
1 main, 1 HNM, 1 God LS and 1 Dynamis ls... its simple

think of the high lv ppl >.<

i have 4 , Antistupid , Nightblades , QCDN , and Hammersofthorr they all have people i like and dislike , but i just cant wonder why my friends cant just join 1 ls. :?:
