I too am left handed . . . I miss out on nine years of having my kids and grandkids change surly grampa's poopy diapers while I shout toothless obscenities at them!

because I just don't see myself being a sane elderly person . . .

what if (bare with me now) we were to take a lion and geneticaly merge it with a pig (stay with me now folks). this would give us a creature that could copulate not only multiple times per day (a mans dream) but also make each time a meaningfull experiance that would last at least a half hour (a womans dream).

now the only problem with said freak of nature is they would prove to be a waste of societies resorces. who would want an animal around that spend 22 hours a day in an ongoing epilectic seizure brought on by sexual exhaustion.

I wonder if they added my 5 night epics? I have the WEIRDEST dreaming experiences.

For started, I've never thought a "dream was so real I thought I was awake" I'm always 100% sure that I'm dreaming, and it's like watching them through a movie camera, as if I'm the director, if something I don't like is happening, I can change it. Also in my 20 years I have had 1 nightmare, and all my dreams are in brilliant color, yet the people have no faces even though I have a strong feeling of who they are.

I say, it if takes 10 minutes or more to DISCRIBE your dream, it definatly couldn't have been only 2-3 seconds.
 
just because it takes 10 minutes, doesnt mean its not only 2-3 seconds

the brain works faster than the superistsuper computer, it may take you 10 minutes to describe it, but the actual thoughts images and dream is only 2-3 seconds

It's called lucid dreaming. Almost all of my dreams are lucid. I can direct what happens in just about every facet. Although I have had some nightmares that scared the ever loving crap out of me until I calmed myself down and then realized that it was dream. Then it's all fun whilst I sleep.

Up until like, this year, I'd never had a nightmare. In fact, I've only had 1 in my whole life, and that was this year. That seems Odd to me, considering my friends, and Mom are plagued with them

That's how my dreams are. I can rewind, replay, change things, etc. I prefer calling it Tivo dreaming 8)
 
I go through phases - I won't have a nightmare in a year - then I will get them for like 2 weeks straight >< /cry

Nightmares are way worst than scary movies...and taxes...

That's how I am too. Nothing and then BAM!!!
But my nightmares aren't usually the really scary kind. Just really REALLY bizarre.
 
LOL one of my worst dreams envolve Mickey Mouse and muppets. :P

I had it when I was like 5-6.
