Fun in Talacca Cove

So I was xping my beastmaster outside the west exit of Nashmau and as I'm fighting I happened to notice a gibberish name walk by. Now I'm in AU and this seems like a particularly odd zone for a lvl 1 throwaway account to be at. So I sent a tell asking what was up and they replied with some attempt at english. I did a /sea and saw that they were in Talacca Cove. I tried to /sea the zone and realized that you can't. So I was bored and decided to see what was going on. I swapped to whm and while doing so I noticed that there were a few more lvl 1 characters in Nashmau.

So I walk to Talacca Cove and two more lvl 1s zone in after I do. I invis myself and go exploring and this is what I see:

Well, that seemed like enough info to me so I placed a GM call. Here is a repost of the conversation in its entirety (plus the little conversation I had with the rmt before calling).

So basically it looks like the RMT have moved to Talacca to catch fish for sole sushi without being seen. So I guess I'm going to have to start making trips to Talacca Cove to see who I can find fishing there and report them!

Oh, and we had this conversation a bit after the GM call. Don't know if a GM talked to him/her or not but I lol'd really hard.

Nope, no mobs there. It's a BC area.

Well, no active mobs. You can fish up Orobons and other things.

Anyways, I was just in the Cove a moment ago for about 10-15 mins, and geez, there's a lot of RMT in there now, at least 5-6, they all have lu shang and shrimp lure and their random gibberish names. I tried saying hi to some of them in /ts but none wanted to reply
