Future of FFXI when Version of FFXI on Xbox 360

I rather get computer from company lol

Broken Hardware -> sent back to Dell (For example) then get new hardware for free XD

thats ffxii not 13 i havnt heard of anything about ffxiii but i was pretty upset hearing that ffxii will come out for ps3...and not ps2

I think is better if FFXIII release to PS3 cuz, Longer lasting game, blue lasers, better graphic :p and good looking gameplay ^^

FFXII is coming out for PS3. There is no information on any development for FFXIII as of now.

IMO all the petty squabbling about new blood on the servers is elitist bullshit, might not be a popular opinion but i could care.

As far as the pc VS next gen consoles go ... almost all of the components in the new consoles are not only better than currently commercially available pc technology the video cards for each respective machine are non-existent in the pc world. I could possibly be wrong but i believe the multi-core proccessors are in the same bracket as the video cards i.e. non-obtainable for the commercial market. Bottom line, cry and whine all you want, next gen consoles > PC.

Anywho i'll take superior rendering to title library any day, especially since xbox consoles are completely mod-able and relatively easy to mod to just about any software/hardware specs you'd want. Anywho ... i'm not gonna play the my console's better than yours game, both the PS2 and xbox are incredible machines and have great titles available more people should be spending their time making plans to rob a bank to afford the next-gens as opposed to having a pissing contest about which one is better. :roll:
 
ah if I were someone without a pc, I would still go for the Ps2 version... reason why? well Xbox Live is gonna charge you to use the internet service, and your going to have to pay for FFXI still... so think about it -_-
 
i've got like 3 years of free live service built up. as just about every game comes with 1-3 months free these days. I highly doubt with that package they're gonna double charge you like that anyway, but we shall see.
 
I wouldn't mind new players, but will new players have any fun? The standards for expected gear are higher than ever, and the prices for the gear are higher than ever. It's a really tough time to be a newbie. New players will be stepping in over their heads, I think. I started XI the day it was released for PS2. FFXI is a completely different game now. It's no longer a game where newbies outnumber veterans. Now its a high level game where even low level players have high level jobs. The high AH prices reflect the average player's ability to produce gil at a high level capability. Brand new players won't be able to compete.

that's right .. everyone who has a rough time or is going to be new is going to buy gil :roll: 'Cause as we all know no one on the game is in to helping noobs or anything, gimme a break.

It's easier now to score help than it was when most of us started when the game released, IMO. There's more crafters, farmers, LSs, and high lvl people around to either get advice from or join up with to help folks out. I do agree that the game economy is intimidating, but i also agree with skaw about the new players affecting the economy most likely for the better. So either way you look at it i doubt the state of the game right now is going to affect new players in the long run, besides they wont know about the good old days. ;)
 
Game cube is for under 13.Ps is for under 16 lol.I never liked my ps2 except for metal gear.... Ninja gaiden owns !!! rally sport has alot better graphics and gameplay than most dirving games out there.I'm sure halo 2 > socom but eh...But FFXI better introduce new jobs and shit otherwise i'm not getting it on ps2.
 
Eh, I don't care if we have more people from xbox 360, we're already losing the f*cktard war from my point of view, one reason I went bst so I don't have to deal with people like that. Let them get reenforcments it's overkill. At anyrate it won't be as bad as you think,trust me. S-E will try to keep the ratio the same by adding more servers if it becomes needed.

I don't have many good things to say about xbox or it's playerbase, xboxlive is a pain to play on, tired of playing games and even simple stupid sport games people leave when they are losing and it pisses me off. I have like 6 games for xbox, lets see if any are deemed worthy enough for xbox 360. Of course, I'll be getting Revolution and PS3 asap. And please, enough with the "This system is for kiddies" crap, unlike the sadistic assholes who think like that, blood gore and sex -do not- make a good game. I'm a hardcore player, and I enjoy games from mario party to resident evil and ninja gaiden. Go find some taste,lol.
