Game Freezing

My FFXI game has been freezing for short amounts of time today usually like 1-2 minutes whenever I zone, try and look at my linkshell list, try to do a search, or at just random times during the game.

I know that its not my xbox because I can still talk to my friend while chatting on xbox live and such.

Does anyone know how I can fix this =(?

By the way I have log off and shut down FFXI numerous times and I reset my connection and such.

Well now I am unable to actually play FFXI I can log on and such just my character + game won't load and I get something like an FFXI- 3001 error so yeah...anyone know how to fix it?

I finally got kicked off when I tried to zone and now I just can't log on lol but now its just getting stuck in the Downloading data... screen intead of giving me the error message when I try to log on.

Edit: Nvm, I finally got the FFXI- 3001 error message.

Yes that's happended to be before, and it stayed for days, just wait it out, or have someone else log you in and move you.
